REFUND POLICY

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.
There are no refunds unless a defective product is received with proof.
Items exchanged for sizing must be in new unused condition with original packaging, tags still in tact, and no odor and you will be responsible for any shipping cost.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a refund is requested for a defective product with proof shown to us, it will only be for cost of product. Shipping is not refunded.
Customer is responsible, so insuring packages is highly recommended. HiddenSociety is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If we do not have desired size available we can exchange for a product of similar value for exchange or store credit.
Once product is received at our location we will email you to complete the exchange process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it correct
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
